Pit Boss

Shorty meets his biggest fan through the Make-A-Wish Foundation and promises to fulfill her lifelong dream: to adopt a dog that Shorty and his crew rescued themselves. Meanwhile, Shorty, Ronald and Sebastian are called into a risky rescue.

Shorty goes to Denver, CO to try and change the minds of lawmakers who have passed breed specific legislation-banning pit bulls from inside the city limits. Shorty helps reunite a Denver pit bull owner with her dogs and takes part in a peaceful protest.

Shorty tries to rescue three abused pit bulls by convincing their owners to give up the dogs. When they refuse, Shorty is faced with a tough decision. Ashley hits the stage with her improv troupe, but she comes down with a case of stage fright.

Shorty goes on a solo rescue to save a friend's trapped pit bull, but comes face to face with an angry neighbor that does not like the breed. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Ronald are given a chance at co-starring roles in a a major motion picture.

Shorty renews his commitment to hold a series of frequent pit bull-only adoption events. Meanwhile, Sebastian books a secret entertainment gig on the side to help pay for his new hearing aides and convinces Ronald and Ashley to help out.

In the season finale, Shorty's angry confrontation with Sebastian leaves everyone at Shortywood reeling. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Ronald get cast as actors in the opportunity of a lifetime, and consider leaving Shorty's Rescue for good.
