A spoilt son of a wealthy father, Daksh Mittal (Emraan Hashmi) falls in love with a beautiful nightclub dancer Jia(Dia Mirza). However, Daksh's father fixes his marriage with Anahita (Pooja Bharti), daughter of his business associate. Daksh resists this and so his father threatens to disinherit him if he doesn't marry Anahita. Now Mittal is free to marry Jia, but at the cost of his inheritance.
