In the winter of 1943, amid the mountains, young ski champion Elisabeth attempts to cross the Franco-Swiss border. Her mission is to deliver a map with new routes to Switzerland. Battling the cold and dwindling light, she seeks refuge at Col de Balme, occupied by border guards. Elisabeth faces the challenge of concealing her identity in this tense situation.
