NBC presents the new relationship competition series "Ready For Love", as 36 women vie for the hearts of three handsome, successful gentlemen.

After a shocking elimination in the premiere episode, it is now Ben Patton and Ernesto Arguello's turn to meet their ladies. Twelve women compete for quality time with businessman Ben, while the other twelve women vie for the affections of charitable entrepreneur Ernesto.

Finding the chemistry. - Now that Tim, Ernesto and Ben have each chosen their top eight women, it is time to get to know their women on a more personal level.

A Kiss Here, A Kiss There. - After the dramatic group trivia date, Tim chooses two of his lucky ladies to go on an exhilarating helicopter ride over Los Angeles. Ernesto spices things up with a cooking date where each of the women vie to be the first one kissed by the Latin lover.

Tim takes his five women to his hometown of Santa Barbara, California, where he continues to connect with his ladies on a deeper level. Ernesto surprises his four women on a date to a private lake where secrets expose themselves. Ben takes his five women to Vegas where the ladies end up competing for his affections, leading to a shocking elimination.

Ben, Ernesto and Tim narrow down their women as they go on a journey to paradise on the beautiful island of Hawaii. The stakes are high as the women must fight to survive, getting one step closer to falling in love with the man of their dreams.
