Robert Urich stars as secret agent Nick Clayton, who lives as a paraplegic as a result of a gunshot wound. He is coaxed out of a self-imposed retirement to tackle a special case involving international drugs and arms smuggling. Clayton's mission is to gather enough evidence to stop the dealer.
