Slugterra: Ascension

Stuck in a deserted cavern, cut off from Kord, Pronto and the rest of their arsenal by a rockslide, Eli and Trixie find themselves outmatched and unable to hold off villains Locke and Lode and their deadly gattler blaster and ghouls.

The entrance collapses mid-battle with Locke and Lode, leaving Trixie and Eli stuck in an old, abandoned cavern with only one way out. Now they'll have to cross the entire thing without the help of their mechas and most of their arsenal of slugs.

Thinking they're alone, Eli and Trixie are shocked when Locke and Lode ambush them as they make their way to the distant cavern exit. With only a few slugs between them our heroes will have to use everything they can to escape from the thugs, who have more ammo - and know it.

Having just escaped from the better equipped Locke and Lode, Eli and Trixie are on the run - unfortunately they're running straight toward a spike-filled gorge! A last gasp shot saves them from falling to their doom, but leaves Eli and Trixie hanging.

Pronto has discovered a system of underground tunnels in the cavern Eli and Trixie are trapped in. It could be the perfect escape, but they'll have to go through Locke and Lode first.

Eli and Trixie struggle to work their way through the old transport tunnels, battling rockslides and impassible pathways leading to deadly falls. But a new slug friend - Uni - could be the key to finding a safe path.

Attacked by a giant tentacle monster in the tunnels Eli and Trixie try to use their new slug, only to discover Uni has some of the most amazing battle moves they've ever seen! But they quickly learn it comes with disastrous consequences to their own slugs' powers.

With their own slugs now unable to transform Eli and Trixie struggle to figure out the new slug's powers. They seem to change at random, which is making it tough to battle off the monster stalking them through the abandoned tunnels.

The team has finally found an exit to escape from the abandoned tunnels, only to find it blocked once again by the monster that's been stalking them, trying to snatch their new slug, Uni. But help arrives from an unusual source.

The unruly little neo-protoform slugs have wandered off into the woods all alone. Worried they're lost and helpless, Trixie sets out to find them - until she ends up needing her own rescue party.

Desperate to get Burpy's powers back Eli has been ceaselessly training with the little slug, firing him over and over with the hope he'll finally transform. Now exhausted and disheartened, he's starting to wonder if his best friend will ever battle with him again?

Everyone's been training hard to try and get the slugs transformation abilities back again. Trixie decides they all need a break and it's a good time for them to have a little treat - undercorn fritters for everyone! But when they're down to the last one, the slugs decide to fight dirty.

Trixie tries to motivate the slugs to train more with a fun sports-style event. But the unruly neo-protoforms are having a hard time focusing, especially Spinner who can't seem to find his motivation. Until Gale steps in to "help".

Chiller wants to play with his ice powers more than he wants to train. Trixie realizes the more the slugs use their protoform powers the quicker they can level back up, so she sets a task for him - create the perfect snowball. He's doing great until a sneak attack sends everyone into a flurry.

On the run from the better-equipped Locke and Lode once more, Eli and Trixie are desperate to train up more of their slugs and get back their powers. They'll need to get creative with the wild slugs nearby to send the villainous twins over the edge.

On the run again Eli and Trixie soon find themselves trapped between Locke and Lode, stuck in the middle of a deep spike-filled gorge. Now the villainous twins are demanding the gang hand over their precious new slug Uni as payment to get across alive.

Eli and Trixie can't believe their eyes when an evil foe from their past ambushes them in the middle of the night. Turns out he's been helping Locke and Lode all this time, and now he's come for the ultimate prize, the Shane Gang's valuable new slug, Uni.

Their new slug friend Uni has been kidnapped! Vowing to never leave a teammate behind, the gang hatches a daring rescue plan to retrieve him. First step? Capture the deadly hoverblade that's been reporting their every move to their enemies.

The Shane Gang attempts a stealthy nighttime ambush to rescue Uni from the clutches of their enemies. When an over-excited slug gives their position away they're forced to find an unusual escape path, and discover there's more to the training than they thought.

The cavern exit, where their mechas and the rest of their slugs are waiting, is now in sight. Eli, Trixie and their slugs will have to be extra quiet and careful to avoid detection and make it out alive without battling their enemies once again.
