The Syndicate

Each of the staff members at Woodvale Kennels is facing money troubles, for one reason or another. But it looks like their luck is about to change. Or is it?

With a fortune on the line, the syndicate scrape together the money they need to pursue Frank, in a place they would prefer to visit under different circumstances.

In Monaco, the search for Frank is on, and the team develops a plan to snare him. Back in England, the understaffed kennels struggle to keep going without them.

The syndicate seems no closer to a breakthrough with Frank, and money and time are running out. As the odds against them mount, multiple other personal issues loom, too.

Increasingly desperate, the syndicate decide to take the biggest gamble of their lives. But given the stakes, will they be able to hold their nerve?

Everyone returns home to England, only to find an unexpected welcome party awaiting them. Important decisions have to be made, each with far-reaching consequences.
