The crew, depressed about their dead-end jobs, fantasize about a life on the casino floor. Luckily, they may have caught a break after Jak has a messy run-in with the boss.

Sam's side girl wants help raising their baby, and Sam makes it everybody's problem.

Sam and Nina host a barbecue in their backyard where Langston's frustrations with being belittled explode. Per usual, Jak and Chris make things much worse.

Chris brags about his sexual encounters with houseless women; the crew debates solutions to poverty.

The crew heads to church as Sam deals with Nina and her mother's complicated relationship. Meanwhile, Chris, Langston and Jak revisit their favorite parts of church service and discover things are not what they used to be.

Chauncey announces cutbacks for the employees on the floor, and sparks a debate about social justice, protests and whether we should all just be working to get paid.
