Chuck must turn a Ring scientist into a spy for the CIA at the same time he is training new Nerd Herder Hannah (recurring guest star KRISTIN KREUK - Smallville).

Chuck and Hannah (KRISTIN KREUK) unexpectedly become part of agent Daniel Shaw's (BRANDON ROUTH) latest mission. Much to Sarah's chagrin, she gets paired with Shaw.

Chuck goes undercover as the world's most dangerous assassin. Sarah is determined to keep her relationship with Shaw (recurring guest star BRANDON ROUTH) strictly professional.

When Chuck can't flash, he gets left behind on a mission while Shaw (BRANDON ROUTH), Sarah and Casey go on. Chuck finds himself in a sticky situation.

Casey ends up committing treason while on a side mission for his old commanding officer, Col. James Keller (Robert Patrick - Terminator 2: Judgment Day). Chuck tries to save him.

Chuck's fate as a spy rests on one final mission, during which Sarah and Shaw (recurring guest star BRANDON ROUTH) observe his every move.

Chuck has his pick of the best agents for an undercover operation, but he only has one girl in mind for the job: Sarah. Casey, Morgan and Awesome try to help Chuck win her back.

Chuck, Sarah and Shaw (BRANDON ROUTH) reunite for a mission, but Chuck is worried about Shaw's emotional stability. Morgan considers leaving the Buy More.

In Europe, Sarah and Chuck realize they're traveling on a train with Spanish spies and decide to take on these rogue agents. Casey and Morgan are assigned to find Chuck and Sarah.

Chuck and Sarah train with a married CIA team who hate each other. FRED WILLARD and SWOOSIE KURTZ guest star as Craig and Laura Turner. Meanwhile, Casey must train Morgan.

When Chuck has disturbing dreams, General Beckman (BONITA FRIEDERICY) assigns Chuck to meet with CIA psychiatrist Dr. Leo Dreyfus (CHRISTOPHER LLOYD – Back to the Future).

After his last dream, Chuck asks Morgan to help him on a side mission. Things become complicated when Chuck's dad, Stephen J. Bartowski (SCOTT BAKULA), returns.
