Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown

Tony dives into the ever-changing state of Punjab, India, starting off in Amritsar at Kesar Da Dhaba. Along the way, he samples savory delicacies at roadside restaurants, enjoys a Gurpurab festival and checks out the region's most popular sport, Pehlwani.

Anthony Bourdain travels to Las Vegas with food author Michael Ruhlman. The itinerary includes Huntridge Tavern, the Hadrian Villa and Jose Andres' hidden gem of a restaurant é. Then, Tony's joined by Jet Tila for a northern Thai meal at Lotus of Siam.

Tony accompanies world-renowned chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud as they travel to Boulud's hometown of Lyon, France, for a once-in-a-lifetime tour of the city's rich food culture and legendary chefs.

Bourdain travels to Mexico City, Oaxaca and Cuernavaca, where local residents express their passion through food and art, and struggle for an improved quality of life. He also talks to journalist Anabel Hernandez about the impact of the drug trade.

On the eve of the Olympic games in Sochi, Bourdain visits Russia. He meets with prominent locals, visits a historic Moscow hotel, takes the Grand Express train to St. Petersburg and explores the drinking and dining scene.

Tony challenges his notions of Mississippi by taking a road trip to meet a wide cast of Mississippians. He enjoy the diverse food and embraces the traditional and contemporary music worlds, from gospel to hip-hop, in underground clubs and juke joints.

Anthony Bourdain takes to the streets of Chiang Mai in Thailand, where he teams up with chef Andy Ricker for an eating and boozing adventure that includes a karaoke bar, a ladyboy show and lots of Thai rice whiskey.

Tony heads back to his beloved Salvador in Brazil. The city is recognized for its Afro-Brazilian music, art, design and food, and is often considered Brazil's "capital of happiness" due to the ever-present street festivals and its famous Carnival parade.
