Reformed criminal Nick and partner Paul try to dodge the Hunters after being surrounded in a housing estate on the outskirts of Bristol. Nurses Jess & Emma charm their way across Scotland but discover their greatest challenge could be each other.

Nurses Emma and Jess make a barefoot break whilst surrounded in a Dumfries estate. Frank offers younger brother Harry a shoulder to cry on as they try to deal with the death of both their parents. Marine Matt is determined to do whatever it takes to see his baby boy but HQ are all across his plans.

Exhausted and hungry, brothers Harry and Frank head home to resupply at a friend's pub but can't resist the urge to contact their sister. Having never lived away from home Loren is struggling with living off grid in the Lake District.
