When Wish Bear calls on Twinkers, her wish star, for some new friends, three rambunctious visitors, Too-Loud Bear, Me Bear and Messy Bear, appear and make caring a little harder. Wish Bear soon finds that it takes more than wishes to make her dreams real. But with the help of her fellow bears, she learns that, with enough care, anything is possible.
