William George Davis was a nurse in Tyler, Texas. He was just 32 when he began a reign of terror over patients recovering from heart surgery. Prosecutors claimed that Davis had at least 11 victims in total, of whom seven died. Charges were only brought against Davis for four deaths due to the difficulty in proving the others. Sentenced to death, he currently resides on Death Row.

Between July 2017 and August 2018 there are 21 suspicious deaths. The FBI launch an investigation which culminates in the exhumation of some of her victims.

September 2012, Syracuse, New York. Dr. Bob Neulander finds his wife Leslie covered in blood, in the bathroom, having apparently fallen in the shower. He tries to revive her but she dies at the scene. Initially, her death is ruled an accident, but local rumors mean the DA reopens the investigation.
