In 2002, an astonishing vessel was found in the mud of the River Usk in Wales. Buried for more than 500 years, it was the world's best-preserved 15th Century ship. Journalist and television presenter Sean Fletcher continues to unravel the mystery surrounding the 15th century Newport Medieval Ship, discovered by chance in the mud of the River Usk in Wales in June 2002. Using state of the art scientific techniques, experts are able to identify the date of the ship's construction, the make-up of its crew and even the potential owner of the vessel.
