Eight chefs who have competed and lost in previous seasons of Hell’s Kitchen return for a shot at redemption as they are pitted against eight newcomers.

Sixteen chefs battle to get their risotto on the Hell's Kitchen menu. Later in dinner service, the rookies can’t keep up with the veterans, which ultimately leads to them being kicked out of the kitchen.

The 15 remaining chefs cook in an air, land and sea challenge for a dining room full of Marines. During dinner service, the chefs witness a drastic exit from a fellow competitor accusing Chef Ramsay of sabotage.

All 14 chefs compete in a soup challenge, where the rookies dominate the veterans and earn themselves an overnight stay in Palm Springs. Upon their return, both teams struggle to complete dinner service.

Chef Ramsay rearranges the teams into men versus women, which leads to the women dominating both the challenge and dinner service.

Thirteen chefs battle in a potato challenge where one winner emerges. Later, one chef eliminates themselves from the competition, leaving 12 chefs to cook a steak menu for a hungry dining room.

The 11 remaining chefs wake up to a pit stop in front of Hell's Kitchen, which leads into back-to-back challenges that will eventually decide the fate of one chef.

The 10 remaining chefs compete to get their dish on Chef Ramsay's daughter Tilly's sweet-sixteen birthday menu. Later the chefs take on a high intensity dinner service where the pressure of perfection seems to be too much for one team to handle.

Having lost the most recent dinner service, there is growing tension within the Blue team as the bond continues to grow among the remaining members of the Red Team. The teams prepare authentic Chinese dishes to win a trip to Las Vegas.

The remaining eight chefs compete in a blind taste test. Later that night, Chef Ramsay is mortified by a shocking discovery during the charity night dinner service.

After their dessert challenge, the seven remaining chefs battle it out in a high-intensity dinner service where the pressure to execute seems to be too much for one team to handle.

The final six chefs battle it out in a three-part challenge to see who will win the five coveted black jackets.

Five chefs remain to compete in the infamous Taste It, Now Make It challenge, as well as their first Black Jacket dinner service.

The chefs compete in a showmanship tableside challenge. During dinner service, they take leadership of the pass, proving to Chef Ramsay who is ready for Vegas, and who is not.

After a surprise visit from their parents, the finalists head into their last challenge in Hell’s Kitchen, which will ultimately determine who gets the first pick of their brigades.

The veteran and rookie finalists battle it out to see who will become the Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen Restaurant at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
