Having rescued Mac in Paraguay, Harm tries to help her finish a CIA mission he began with the now-injured Webb; capturing the elusive terrorist Sadik Fahd. Meanwhile, Harm and Mac re-examine their conflicted feelings for one another.

With Harm and Mac returning to the JAG office, Harm tries to be re-admitted to his post, but Chegwidden angered over Harm's sudden resignation, instantly turns him away over Mac's objections.
