POPEYE, Olive and Wimpy are shipwrecked on Sinbad the Sailor's (Bluto) tropical island. Sinbad sees Olive as his queen but she rebuffs him. A furious Bluto battles a jealous POPEYE, with our hero the winner and new ruler of the palm-treed paradise.

Coast guardsman POPEYE is ordered to stop Ali Baba and his 40 thieves from robbing desert villages. POPEYE, Wimpy, and Olive take off in his plane but soon crash in a small town. When Ali Baba and his men charge into the town, they subdue POPEYE and take Olive and Wimpy into the desert. All seems lost until POPEYE regains his strength and end Ali's reign of terror.
