With his wife in the hospital (Madeline Zima), a struggling father (Michele Morrone) buys an Artificial Intelligence to help him around the house. But as the robot (Megan Fox) grows attached to her new owner, boundaries begin to cross. Soon she is determined to eliminate what she perceives as the real threat to her happiness: her family.
