After Jono dreams of playing in the clouds, he is shocked to awaken and find that Gaga has trapped him with the balloons. When Axel tries to rescue him, Gaga teaches him an important lesson.

When one of the carnival elephants is taken ill, Jono also wants a fever so he can join his poor animal at the hospital. After a thief appears and worries everyone, they realise that it might not be as bad as they feared.

Feeling rather guilty about losing Axel’s tadpoles, Jono is trying his best to avoid him. However, when Axel explains the truth about tadpoles, Jono realises that it is not as terrible as he originally thought. And in the end, they make a surprising discovery.

When Jono cannot retrieve a ball, he is made fun of by Axel and Gaga. Determined to lose weight, Jono is left shocked by an unusual sound in his belly. After visiting the doctor and learning that it is not as worrying as first thought, Jono learns all about how our bodies digest food and the harmful effects of dieting.

While recovering at home from a sickness, Axel is surprised to discover an unusual box. Why is it filled with water? And where did it come from? Feeling a little guilty, Jono is scared to admit the truth, but he is also left shocked by Axel’s response.

Since Jono picked up a ball in the street, he has been feeling rather guilty. He is convinced that the moon and its alien inhabitants have been following him, looking for their prized object. When he is determined to return the ball, he ends up angering Axel who decides to trick him. Only Grandpa can explain the truth about aliens to Jono.

After Jono disappears in the middle of the night, everyone is anxiously looking for him. When Gaga finds him, she discovers that he is on the search for his real mother after overhearing something troubling. Later, Gaga also hears some worrying news about her own parents. Once again, only Grandpa can explain the real truth about where babies come from.

After trying to find a mysterious box hidden with a star, Axel and Jono are confused as to why they cannot locate it during the daytime. While Grandpa reveals to Axel the truth behind why it is such a tricky task, Jono is left scratching his head.

As Jono and Gaga quarrel about who stole Gaga’s pencil, Jono is struck by lightning. Afraid to tell Axel, Jono is sure that it was Gaga. However, when Axel realises what the true cause was, he is able to educate them about the dangers of playing outside on a stormy day.

Whilst out exercising, Axel and Jono are surprised to find that there is no water. As they search far and wide for something to quench their thirst, they discover a tasty plum. While only one of them eats the sour fruit, they both end up drooling. A confused Jono learns why sour foods make us salivate.

As Jono is happily painting a sunflower, he is confused about why he cannot paint it exactly as he sees. Who is moving it and why? Luckily, Axel is able to come up with the answer.

When Jono notices that part of the moon is missing, he is sure that someone has been eating it. After being wrongly accused of committing the crime, Axel explains to Jono and Gaga what a lunar eclipse is.

After Axel tells Jono and Gaga the story of a little monkey being locked in a cage, he is surprised to find Jono missing. When he discovers a photo of Jono also locked in a cage, he goes to Grandpa for help. Once again, only Grandpa can uncover the truth and find Jono.

When Jono defeats last year’s champion, Gaga, in the handicrafts competition, Gaga is not best pleased. Things are made worse when she is also convinced that Jono lost her special balloon. This time, Axel investigates and Grandpa is on hand to make everything clearer.

Feeling guilty about sending Jono outside in the middle of the night, Axel and Gaga are even more worried when they cannot find him the next day. When he finally shows up, he recounts his tale of time travel with Grandpa’s help.

When Jono discovers that his tooth is missing, Gaga sees it as an opportunity to play a mean trick on him. In the end, Grandpa is the one to explain to Jono the truth behind his missing tooth.

After fighting over an apple, Jono is frightened by Gaga’s warning that he will be punished. Tormented by nightmares, Jono is too frightened to sleep that night. He can finally heave a sigh of relief when Axel teaches him about what our brains do during the night.

After Axel delivers a box of cakes to a sickly Jono, Jono is upset to find that he cannot taste them. When Gaga seems to find them more delicious than he, Jono complains to Grandpa and only then does he find out why.

When the three are confused by the mystery of the holes in the biscuits, they know that there is only one way to resolve the matter. Luckily, Grandpa is nearby to reveal the truth.

Axel is surprised to find the eggs that Jono hid ‘dancing’ in the vinegar jar. When they ask Grandpa for help, he has all the answers.

Jono asks for Axel’s help in finding the snack thief, but they don’t have any success. When Gaga is enlisted to help, they are left furious by the true identity of the thief.

After an embarrassing accident in front of his two friends, Jono is angry and no longer wants to spend time with them. In order to mend their friendship, Gaga and Axel must explain what really happened and why it is not so unusual after all.

When Jono and Gaga tell Axel their tale of meeting a “monster” in the square, Axel is curious about the real reason for what they saw. When Axel teaches them the truth, things are not as scary as they seemed.

When Jono learns about genies from an elder, he is determined to get his three wishes. After Gaga tries to help and ends up causing more trouble, the two learn all about some of the wonders of electricity.
