Dr. Tony Hill and Inspector Alex Fielding investigate a series of kidnappings and murders where it appears that the victims were also killers. 

Alex and Tony set off to uncover the identity of a killer who is murdering homeless men in a ritualistic fashion, and the nature of the murders proves to be extremely unusual.
