Detective Kuroneko receives a request from novelist Nao's older sister, Kaori, to help her sister. Nao was arrested as a suspect in a murder case, but was acquitted at trial. What does it mean to help Nao, who has already been acquitted? With the cooperation of the police inspector in charge of the case, Kuroneko proceeds to interview all seven people.
