A con man gets himself an early parole from prison by seducing the female psychologist. Once out, he immediately sets into motion a plan to rob the bank at Los Angeles International Airport. He plansthe heist to take place during the arrival of the Russian primier, when all the security forces will be concentrated on the visiting dignitary.
