On the night of an important mission André Câmara and his partner Lopes suspect a leak from within the force. André begins to piece things together, but soon enough all eyes are on him. It turns out it was his father, who doesn’t have long to live. He pleads for André to take the hit, promising he will exonerate him on his deathbed. What choice does André have?

Now that he cannot return to the force, André is persuaded by his former partner Lopes to use his expertise to track fugitives in Brazil for a good price. In their first case, a Haitian has arrived in Brazil to find his missing brother. As André begins to ask around people don’t want to talk, and he begins to suspect this is more than a family matter.

André and Lopes meet with an Italian couple who are in Brazil to find the man they think killed their daughter. Meanwhile André is conducting his own investigation into his father’s partner Ribeiro, starting with his daughter Marinalva. But first he has to find her. Elsewhere, Alexandre and Andrés relationship becomes strained, as Kátia comes between them.

André continues to be haunted by his father’s betrayal. He and Lopes meet with Jurgen, who has come from Germany to find out the truth about his biological father, Hans Ziegler. But just when he thinks the case is closed, André makes a big discovery. Meanwhile, Paulinha Tsunami agrees to help André trace Marinalva.

André and Lopes are brought in to investigate the mystery of a Frenchman at the heart of a case about a stolen painting. But when the television production company who have employed the hunter get increasingly agitated, André starts to suspect their intentions. Back at home, André tries to decipher Paulinha’s note.

André and Lopes visit the yacht of a Mexican who has come to Brazil to find his estranged twin brother. André and Lopes’ investigations lead them to an underground bird fighting ring. Meanwhile, André makes headway in his pursuit of Marinalva.

With the police hot on Andrés heels, he has to go underground to avoid getting in hot water about his “business”. And to make matters worse, it’s his brother Alexandre who is desperate to catch him off guard. Meanwhile, in a new case André is on the hunt for the long-lost love of a Serbian mobster.

André and Lopes are on a case which traces back to life under the dictatorship of the 1970s. André follows the story through library records and a visit to a retirement home. But who is paying the old man’s service fees? Meanwhile, André aggravates his brother as he gets closer to Kátia.

When a bomb is detonated at a lavish party of one of Rio’s most successful gambling shop owners, André must avoid the police at the crime scene as he is brought in to crack the case quickly. When André works out that the detonator had to be triggered from close by, he must take a second look at the family. Elsewhere, Pastor Ivo and Marinalva are eager to get away.

Lopes and André meet with a Chinese woman who is in Brazil to trace her cousin who had tricked her into prostitution years before. André works his way through the Kung Fu schools nearby, and soon uncovers a case of mistaken identity at the heart of his search. Elsewhere, Kátia has some dramatic news for André and Marinalva needs more time.

André races to the church, where Marinalva is ready to tell her side of the story about Sultan’s son. André is faced with a difficult decision - does he want to inform the police just yet? Later that day, a flash robbery in a restaurant forces André and his fellow diners to reconsider their past actions.

Sultan’s men take André, in the trunk, to a secluded spot where they already have Marinalva where they await a call with news about Sultan’s son. Later, André is worried about how fast Kátia wants to take things. And when André spots a link between Sultan and his mother, he persuades Lopes to take a trip to Paraguay.

After looking for Manuel Benitez, André is questioned by two Paraguayan cops. They threaten that he has twenty four hours to leave Paraguay, but André is not done. He returns to the bar where he finds more information on the mysterious Benitez, and finds himself an accomplice. Soon André will have to face some difficult truths about his family.
