Matt and Bruno give this Ford F-100 a complete suspension makeover using dropouts from two different vehicles, showing what it takes to get IFS and IRS from modern sports cars under an old truck.

Every project has to start somewhere, and this Jeep Scrambler is no different. The project gets kicked off with some basic building blocks like wiring, a roll cage, steering and more.

The owner of this Ram 2500 is looking to get his mobile mechanic business off the ground, and he has asked for a little help. The guys outfit his truck with a safe place for his tools, plus everything he'll need to get the job done.

The Scrambler project the guys started earlier this year is back and ready for some more work. They get the body ready for paint and start placing the drivetrain, so when the body is off getting worked on, the chassis can continue being built.

The Bronco we are working on today already looks great, but we want to make it better with two simple things. We make the engine sound great and give it comforts not found on any convertible sport utility. Then we play with some futuristic technology.

It is Matt and Bruno's turn to do some upgrades on Willie B's CJ-7 that will be headed out to California on the Build for Off Road Adventure. We work on the gears and axles, as well as give it a custom set of bead locks.

This Tacoma is owned by an active family that loves the outdoors. We get it set up to carry more gear and ride a whole lot better. Not only will it ride a lot better, but it will also sound a lot better when we are done with the new exhaust.

A retired veteran with a pressure washing business is tired of his C10's long warm ups and poor stopping power. We address both issues with a new intake and carb setup and a new brake system. We also get it sitting a little lower with some simple parts.

Raptor owners don't necessarily take them off-road, and this truck's owner wants more power for the street. We give his EcoBoost 3.5 instant power with an upgraded turbo. We also tackle exhaust sound level and protect some expensive items under the truck.

Matt gets ready to take Willie's Jeep from Two Guys Garage and another support rig all the way across the country for the Build for Off Road Adventure Ride. We get the truck set up to carry as much gear as possible as well as haul our two-car trailer.

This two-door Jeep JL is the best deal out there for open-air cruising. We toss the hard top for an easy-to-use soft top and add some additional versatility to the doors, while also giving it a few more creature comforts for everyday use.

On this Comanche, we do some metalwork to the fenders, showing how you can run a larger tire and get the ultimate amount of clearance. We also throwback to the previous Comanches we've had in the past and see where they are now.
