El Secretario

Emilio Romero lives and works very hard in New York City, but he finds out through a friend, that there are some pictures online of the only girlfriend he´s had, Lorena, who has published some pictures with a little girl who seems to be her daughter, he´s surprised with how much the girl looks like her mother.

Emilio has a job interview with Antonia, and besides being embarrassed for what happened in the elevator with her he confesses that he doesn´t have the experience needed for the job in the company, but that his return from New York happened because he found out that he has a little girl who is not his main reason to live, and besides this, he confesses everything that happened in the airport.

Emilio is living at his new home, if we can call it a home, and it´s not going to get easy because he must talk to Antonia again to apologize, and to accept the job as a secretary for the Commercial Department. In the meantime, Lorena talks to Franklin and tells him how Emilio reacted when she showed him all the demands and cares that the little girl requires, in order to be able to see her.

Poor Emilio is definitely having a rough time and his colleagues start making his life impossible in Copito Industries, and to make things worse, Mario, Felix´s brother, is his second boss and is making his life a torture. Felix arrives and Emilio doesn´t let him go in Antonia´s office and the Troy war begins, his job is in jeopardy.

Emilio arrives at the company to continue with the job that Mario ordered for the next day and has to spend the night in order to finish it. In the meantime, Lorena called the company where Emilio told her that he was working, but nobody knows anything about him and starts to doubt about his honesty.

Olga defends Emilio against her coworkers and tells them that it’s not ok to make his time difficult at work. Antonia meets Emilio in her office and feels really sorry for even throwing a hint that he was interested in men.

Felix Segura and his brother Mario count the dollars that Emilio’d picked up thinking he was only delivering some imported Cigarettes , ironically the money was for Don Omar , the man that he’d denounced before, the money was for Don Omar so that he wouldn’t give away Felix and Mario as they were involved in drug trafficking.

Paola wakes up and doesn’t remember what happened the night before and Felix reminds her of everything and says that because of her Antonia was going to find everything about their affair. doña Dudis tells Emilio that she’d noticed his eyes shining when he saw his boss Antonia , the guy tells her that he also feels the earth moving around every time he sees her.

A tremendous scandal was caused because of the photocopy given to the foreigners with the bottom of someone in the company and Emilio faces Mario and implies that some depraved employee in the company who had a mole in his bottom had caused all this mess and that it’s very easy to find out who they are because of this little detail.

The party goes on in Felix’s house who nags Emilio for making Delfina buy such an ordinary ring, but the arrogant man doesn’t know , until Emilio tells him, that the stone on that ring is Antonia’s favorite and that it symbolizes everything she loves. The gathering reaches it’s climax when Felix asks Antonia to marry him and she remains speechless.

Antonia asks Emilio if it was Felix’s idea to give her the ring with the precious stone she loved , she doesn’t think so. Paola is happy seducing poor Emilio who feels so nervous seeing her in a really provocative gym clothes. Franklin pays a surprise visit to Emilio in Copito Industries and everything is complicated, but Antonia comes out of her office.

Mario asks Felix to fire Emilio from the company , but Felix tells him that he couldn’t because thanks to the secretary, Antonia accepted his marriage proposal, Mario doesn’t understand anything. Paola Zorilla invites Emilio to have lunch with her and leaves with him in such an easy manner that Olga and Antonia remained surprised and mad.

Emilio searches everywhere in Copito Industries for Felix’s pet which doesn’t show up and he perfectly knows what’s going to happen to him if he doesn’t come back with it. To top it off, Mario comes out of the office to find Copito, he takes him in his car and comes up with a perfect plan to ask for money for finding the dog and at the same time get the secretary fired for his uselessness.

Felix calls up his brother and tells him that Copito has been kidnapped, without thinking that his brother is actually the one who has his pet and is asking for money to give him back. Lorena talks with Emilio and gives him a list of the food Valentina consumes also all the necessary attendance.

Emilio tells Antonia that he saw Yensi in Mario’s apartment and that he’s quite sure that Copito was there. Meanwhile, Mario does everything he can to enter the secretary’s room and when he succeeds to access the place where the dollars where kept, he found nothing.

Antonia calls Emilio to her office and congratulate him for having found Copito, Felix’s dog, but she’s surprised when Emilio told her that it was the dog that had found him. Meanwhile, the guys sent by Felix to the apartment of the uncomfortable secretary, search everywhere in his humble room for the 250 thousand dollars that are in the toy in the room Antonia had lent Emilio.

All the secretaries tell Emilio that most probably Milady was the one who caused the fire. Mario instead of thanking Emilio for saving his life, keeps arguing with him and telling him that he will always be an average person. Paola tells Antonia that she was taking Emilio to the cocktail party in their club as her date, Antonia didn’t like what she heard at all.

Mario continues humiliating Emilio and orders him to bring him his clothes cleaned and that he was the one who ruined them, but another problem awaits the secretary with the his boss’s suit and the minster was in a critical condition and apparently that was the impact of the photos Emilio had given him by mistake about the cancer that cigarettes can cause since the minister was a heavy smoker.

The minister personally thanks Emilio for having made him realize the consequences of smoking by handing him the photos by mistake and the secretary and Antonia remained astonished by the great news. Felix wouldn’t believe his eyes when he saw Emilio sitting on the same table with the minister and Antonia laughing with him.

Milady’s coworkers are surprised by her request to work in the warehouse and that Yensi would occupy her position, for them it seemed a little fishy. Meanwhile, Antonia calls Emilio to her office and asks him about what had happened in the cocktail party as she’d had a lot to drink and doesn’t remember anything, Emilio reminds her of the night before and she turns red with embarrassment.

Emilio calls up a friend of his, a priest, and asks him to help his boss Antonia who needs a confirmation before getting married. In the company’s men’s room, Emilio overhears the argument between Conde and Mario and finds out the truth about Milady being transferred to the warehouse.

Felix and Antonia gather to go over their wedding plan but the bride to be seems more into rested in watching what’s happening between Emilio and Olga and is surprised by what she sees. Meanwhile, Valentina prepares a suitcase and appears to be wanting to leave the house.

Emilio ends up washing the dishes in fancy restaurant where Conde, Yensi and their friends supposedly invited him, but this obligation is about to save Emilio’s life from Sangre Azul and his henchmen who haven’t lost track of him and are waiting for him eagerly to finish once and for all the job assigned to them by Don Omar.

Felix and his brother Mario supposedly go to visit Emilio in the hospital but in reality they just want to know if he recognizes Sangre Azul, who he’d actually met upon picking up a delivery for Mario.Lorena insistently asks Franklin about Emilio and Antonia.Doña Dudis shows Emilio a drawing of a tattoo that she’d seen on one of the men’s shoulder, he begins to remember where he’d seen him before.

Mario officially presents to the company his new secretary Lucia Yaneth Castillo, which is already being envied by her female coworkers for her physical attributes. Antonia meets with the new secretary and lists to her some warnings about how to deal with Mario, and is surprised to know that due to her religion, the secretary is still a virgin.
