Former supermodel and model mom Yolanda Hadid is searching for the next fresh face in fashion. Her team mentors teen models, joined by their own moms, on what it takes to become a successful model as they compete to win a management contract with Yolanda.

Yolanda brings in model Devon Windsor and social media expert Olivia Perez to teach the girls the importance of social media for today's top models. Then, the girls show what they learned when they compete to be the new fresh face for H&M's social media.

The models must conquer their fears as they navigate a circus apparatus for a shoot for Guess Bags. Then, they put their assignment into practice on their first big swimwear shoot with celebrity photographer Jim Jordan.

It's model makeover day, and one of the girls freaks out when she discovers Yolanda has big plans for her hair. Then, Yolanda surprises the girls with their first big meeting at IMG Models and a new addition to the model house.

The guys from the Broadway show "Kinky Boots" teach the models how to walk, while model Alek Wek gives them a confidence boost before walking the runway for Dutch designer Georgine. Then, the model moms question whether Yolanda is playing favorites.

The models must shoot a 15 second commercial for makeup icon Charlotte Tilbury's new lipstick line, and Yolanda tries to stress the importance of being more than just a pretty face.

It's the last week before the finale, and Yolanda takes the girls to Gigi and Bella's favorite boxing gym to bring out their fighting spirit. Then, the models pull out all the stops at a photoshoot for one of America's biggest brands, Tommy Hilfiger.

It's the final week, and Yolanda must decide who she will choose to be represented by her and IMG. The girls are tested on how well they survive the typical day of a real life model on the streets of NYC and do some networking at a fashion event.
