Thirteen all-star survivalists try to survive 40 days in South Africa's sun-scorched Selati Basin, all while being stalked by lions, hyenas and aggressive crocodiles.

One survivalist is put at risk after being attacked by a venomous predator just three days into the challenge. The other competitors hunt warthogs and impalas, but as they track their prey, they are also being stalked.

One survivalist enters a leopard kill zone to secure a large kill for his team. Then, a storm unleashes torrential rains on each camp, sending the temperatures plummeting nearly 40 degrees and causing a competitor to leave.
