While seeking revenge for the death of his comrades, Tilak Singh murders Raju's father and sister. An enraged Raju takes an oath to punish the murderers. As Raju eliminates Tilak's accomplices one by one, Tilak starts to terrorise the local villagers. Can Raju avenge his father's death or will TIlak Singh punish the poor villagers for Raju's deeds?
