Nori the roller coaster wants to be a racing star and a hero like his Dad, The Dragon Rider, who runs fast and looks great on the roller coaster track. One day though, the evil villain Vegas appears and tries to ruin the Nori Amusement Park in order to start his own evil theme park, Vega Land.
