Later, when the platoon enters an HQ-sponsored resonance contest, they find that their resonance has unpredictable physical effects on a variety of things around them.

When Mecha Viper returns (again) for revenge, the Keroro Platoon tests out their new robots on him. Later, the platoon attempts a new challenge, securing a space at a park for cherry blossom viewing, the night before a prime viewing day.

Keroro orders Kululu to build him a collectible card game that he can use to market and make loads of money! But, of course, he has to beat the whole platoon to prove how superior he is with it. And then a mysterious organization seems to have been keeping tabs on the Keroro Platoon...

Momoka's mother decides to come and visit for Mothers' Day! This is more terrifying than it sounds, as she's a notorious street fighter who will break through any defenses, including the elite corps of bodyguards, Paul, and her husband in order to see her daughter again.

The insane Keronian Putata puts in an appearance, with a strange paint that can make things become real. Worse, Mekeke, the puppetmaster, shows up with him. Will the Keroro Platoon ever be able to defeat them, or are they about to lose their secret base for good?

After Kululu locks the rest of the platoon into their new secret base, Keroro and the rest reminisce about their childhood secret base, and a strange Keronian they knew named Joriri.

Natsumi gets a double-whammy of bad news: Saburo, her crush, is switching schools, and her favorite radio show host, 623, is taking his act to the US! Ninja Koyuki stealth-drags Natsumi to the station to find out the truth, even as the Keroro platoon "radio-jacks" the show. Later, Alisa Southerncross returns to hunt in Inner-Tokyo when a creature makes it rain incessantly... but only in Fuyuk...

While fleeing from the annual rainy season Nyororo, Keroro and crew head back billions of years into the past, where they have a chance to wipe out the Nyororo before they come into existence! Then 556 is upset when his little sister, Lavie, is about to get married, but the romantic Natsumi enlists Keroro's help to convince him to accept it!

When Keroro is hospitalized with a bad back, Kululu becomes acting commander in his place, a terrifying prospect for the rest of the platoon when they have to show hospitality to a peevish but important ambassador from another planet. Keroro notices that when things are available as exclusive, limited-time-only versions, people value them more. So he has Kululu build a gun to turn anything they want into these! But when the exclusive items flip over to "no longer available," the trouble begins...

Urere, the popular invader, shows up again, this time with a plan he doesn't mind letting the Keroro Platoon take credit for! But while his train tracks are crisscrossing Japan, there might just be an ulterior motive hidden behind them. Later, Giroro gets turned into a liquid and helplessly tries to protect Natsumi.

Desperate to escape the summer heat, Keroro and the rest shrink themselves down to tiny size in order to enjoy a child's wading pool as a fantastically huge place to swim. But it goes terribly wrong when full-sized Natsumi decides to go into the pool, too. Soon after that, Natsumi and Fuyuki decide to find out where the frogs have been sneaking off to every morning...

Distressed by his summer homework, which he left until the last minute again, Fuyuki goes complaining to Keroro, who reminisces about his childhood one summer in which he did the same thing.
