As Dikahn becomes suspicious of the camp's new guests, Ruth, and River race to keep The Highest alive. Sheriff Conley's indiscretions are jeopardized when new agents arrive in town.

Ruth covers for Manny, Laura and Aaron begin to question the Raku ways, Lacey tries to convince Marva that she's learned her lesson, and Ruth asserts her authority over Dikahn.
