The Vip Pets meet Peggy V, the influpet who has brought in the new Glam Gems trend, at the F&F hairdressing salon. On their way to an event, their wigcaravan breaks down and, once fixed, they get lost in a new neighbourhood...

Casey looks for a place for a photo shoot. Peggy V recommends Esmeralda and they finally make it to Cattown. There the VIP Pets and the Cats will help craft the best photo, but they can't agree on the set design... neon lights or gems?

To get the gem, dogs and cats have to do something very difficult: put themselves in each other's shoes! Mistery, Kitty and Melisa will have to behave like dogs and Juliet, Lady Gigi, Stella and Aurora will have to behave like cats. Although they are different in some ways, they are more alike than they think, and only if they work as a team will they manage to pass the challenge.
