Welcome to the West Coast, city of Los Angeles in this episode we explore the idea of "the dream" for the African immigrant. From a traditional Ethiopian tea ceremony to performing the Kizomba dance from Angola, welcome to the left coast!

Boston, thrives on a culture of winning. From cheers at Fenway to the blue collar workers planning for the long haul. For West Indian and African immigrants, progress is often steeped in the idea that one must contribute for change to take place.

Philadelphia. An East Coast city rooted in the foundation of revolution and brotherhood. With a population of over a million and a half residents, immigrants have shaped Philadelphia through common bonds of family and freedom.

Minneapolis, a city of sprawling malls and famous lakes. Industries thrive here due to the cost of living and work ethic of its residents. It is also a welcome home for the African Diaspora and international refugees.

Montreal, situated in Canada is known as the cultural hub of art and culture. The city has a way of expressing old arguments and new views and with a Diaspora community comprised of a large contingent of West Caribbean immigrants, new views are abundant.
