A facility in the middle of nowhere, housing only serial killers. One morning, the doors are mysteriously open and the guards have gone. A deadly game of cat and mouse begins, as the killers are picked off one by one by a mysterious blonde woman with terrifying powers. The public call them murderers. The press call them monsters.
