Kishori Lal (Amrish Puri) is a successful businessman settled in America but still emotionally attached to his motherland - India. So he comes to India with his son Rajiv (Apporva Agnihotri) to find a suitable match for him.He finds his daughter-in-law in Punjab, Kusum Ganga (Mahima Chaudhry).
