As a child, Lyla Cross stumbled upon one of the elemental orbs which arrived on earth from a spaceship. years later, she is pitted against an organization called the Inheritors which sends Truce and Curt Liner to kidnap Lyla in attempt to possess all of the orbs. Now, 16-year-old Elijah Cross is entrusted with the task of finding and rescuing his mother while protecting the orb he inherited.
