Stargate Atlantis

When Atlantis starts shutting down due to a damaged power system, Rodney McKay turns off all non-essential systems. But in just 28 hours, McKay realizes the city’s shields may fail completely and its inhabitants will succumb the vacuum of space.

Lt. Col. Sheppard leads a daring raid to secure a ZPM that will save Atlantis. When the Replicators become aware of the incursion into their city, Sheppard’s team must keep them at bay or else abandon the mission and their hope of saving Atlantis.

Ronon reconnects with a group of Satedans from his past who enlist the Atlantis team's help on a dangerous mission against the Wraith. But after the Atlantis crew is captured, Ronon is faced with the truth about his old friends’ new loyalties.

During an exploratory walk on a jungle planet, Sheppard touches a glowing crystalline growth and becomes host to an infectious energy form. Once on Atlantis, the entity begins to move from person to person, putting the entire crew at risk.

On his way back to Atlantis, Lt. Col. Sheppard is taken prisoner by a rogue ship helmed by a ruthless human commander with a secret agenda. As the team searches for him, Sheppard's resourcefulness is put to the test as he tries to stay alive.

With Atlantis plagued by an amnesia-causing virus, McKay wakes up with no idea who he is or what is going on. Following instructions from a video he recorded earlier, McKay frees himself and sets out to find the key to unlocking this mystery.

Arriving on New Athos for an overnight visit, Teyla and Dr. Keller discover the entire settlement abandoned and their own lives in jeopardy from the Bola Kai, a fierce warrior tribe. The pair must avoid capture until Atlantis sends a search party.

With still no trace of the Athosians, Teyla requests an off-world visit to meet with a seer, Davos, who may be able to help her find her people. Meanwhile on Atlantis, Agent Woolsey arrives to observe and review Col. Carter.

After working for countless hours on the Replicator coding, Dr. McKay reluctantly admits that he needs help from his sister, Jeanie. But she goes missing, McKay travels to Earth determined to find her and uncover who is behind the kidnapping.

As Dr. McKay struggles to figure out why the stargate has been inoperable, a mysterious probe plunges into the city. A sweep of the probe offers McKay a shocking glimpse of nanite code before his diagnostic program crashes and all the data is lost.

Armed with the means to track Replicator ships, the Atlantis team strives to eliminate the Replicators once and for all. Now, the team rushes to evacuate those human settlements in the path of the advancing Replicator forces.

The Atlantis long-range sensors detect the signal of a subspace tracking device familiar to Dr. McKay. The team follows to signal to a damaged hive ship drifting in space. Amidst the ship’s records, they discover references to a secret Wraith base.

When an alarm sounds, McKay suspects that a highly infectious disease has triggered the city’s self-protection system. With vital systems affected, the Atlantis team finds themselves trapped in various sections of the city with no way out.

Wanting to maintain diplomatic relations, Sheppard and McKay to accompany Harmony, a precocious young princess, on a mandatory rite of passage. However, they are unaware that she has enemies, and character flaws, yet to be dealt with.

When Lt. Colonel John Sheppard receives word that his father has passed away he returns to Earth. But once there, he becomes embroiled in a dangerous experiment gone awry—a human form Replicator now on the loose that must be recaptured at all cost.

During an off-world mission in a village rocked by fierce tremors, Col. Samantha Carter, Dr. McKay, and Dr. Keller become trapped when they fall into a sinkhole. But every attempt to escape the confines of the chamber puts them in further jeopardy.

The IOA has entrusted Mr. Coolidge, with interviewing Teyla Emmagan and Ronan Dex about their suitability to continue with the Atlantis expedition. Unbeknownst to anyone, a plan by the Wraith to invade the Midway station is about to be initiated.

Teyla, more determined than ever to find the missing Athosians, convinces Sheppard to travel with her to a trading settlement in search for answers. What they find there leads them to startling discovery that no one could have anticipated.

After an unforeseen return, Dr. Carson Beckett shares that he has been held captive. As Teyla is re-united with some missing fellow Athosians, she begins to formulate a plan to ensure their escape, if she is able to find them in time.

Disheartened by another unsuccessful search for Teyla, Lt. Colonel Sheppard returns to Atlantis and senses that something is not right—the city has been abandoned. Now, McKay sets out on a risky plan to reverse a future that went horribly wrong.
