Kate is an actress vying for a role on a network television show. She's the only one left waiting in the casting office until experienced actress Paige shows up-also auditioning for the same role. As they wait their turns, they look for ways to psych each other out before their auditions. Kate suddenly has a change of heart and offers to help Paige out.
