When the dashing Philip pops in to ask Jen to the theatre, she accepts right away. But to her annoyance, so do Moss and Roy, turning what could have been a date into a work outing.

Moss finds a website that takes peoples personal details and calculates when they will die. When he tries it out on Roy, they both get a nasty surprise. Meanwhile, Reynholm Industries is rocked to the core by the entrance of a new boss.

Embarking on a weekend watching DVDs at Roys flat, Moss realizes that his life is stagnating. Jen suggests he meet other people, although Moss enrolling in a German cookery course probably wasnt what she had in mind.

Jen is throwing a dinner party with her new bloke, Peter, and six of their single friends. But when the three male invitees drop out at the last moment, Jen is faced with two options: cancel, or bring along Moss, Roy and Richmond instead.

When a bad bra causes Jen to lose concentration in a board meeting, Moss overcomes his fear of ladies underwear and invents a bra that will never, ever go bad. Could this be their ticket out of Reynholm Industries?

Douglas hires Jen as his new PA, giving Moss and Roy free reign in the office. How will they cope without her – and how will she cope with Douglas unwelcome advances?
