Head constable Venkataramaiah (R Narayana Murthy) known for honesty is posted to work under a corrupt home minister. Things become tough for the minister because of Venkataramaiah's sincere attitude. Left with no choice, the minister pushes Venkatarammaya into a fake bribery case. How a simple cop like Venkataramaih manages to win against the mighty politician is the rest of the story.
