"To Play or To Die" recalls the memories of victimization familiar to any gay teen. Kees is an introverted boy who attends an all-boy Dutch school where he is constantly bullied. Attracted to the ringleader of the bullies, Charel, Kees decides to seek revenge and invites Charel back to his house when his parents are away, only to find out something unsuspected about his enemy.
