Palestinian refugees from Syria and former homeless Brazilians share the 11 floors of the Occupation Leila Khaled.

Refugees trade, produce and sell food from their home regions. Brazilians also seek their sustenance.

Life in the Occupation is presented through the eyes of three female Brazilian residents and a female Palestinian refugee of Syrian origins.

The episode presents some of the occupation's activities, such as the Hip Hop Day and initiatives to improve the residents' quality of life.

Immigrants who passed through the Occupation and now live elsewhere tell a bit of their stories.
