Cathy desperately tries to save the Clinic by going behind Dan's back and meeting the Stapleton's who are suing them because Paddy's leg was amputated as a result of an untreated ulcer by Alex.

Aine finds it increasingly harder to cope with Tommy and shocks herself when she shakes him and shouts at him to shut up. Realizing that she has terrified her son, Aine flees, dropping him to her neighbor and leaving a note for Billy.

Liam Smith is introduced as the new nurse and his first day is very difficult.

Rhiannon rebels when Keelin tries to send her home to her father. Keelin feeling she has no choice, tells Rhiannon she can move in without consulting Ronan. Ronan is furious at Keelin, unable to support a decision he doesn't agree with.

Dan is devastated to discover he has an AVM and if they don't operate he has a 20% risk of haemorrhaging within the year. If they do operate his motor function may be affected.

Cathy is surprised when Dan agrees to treat her patient, Ashia for free without asking any questions. Aine and Billy have dinner and Aine tells him she wants her family back, even though she still has things to sort out.

Patrick refuses to take Conor for a session after Conor is rude and insults Bernie.

Daisy thinks she may have been a cause of Conor's break up with his girlfriend, Siobhan as well as his accident.

Jack is shocked when he is accused of sexual harassment by Daisy. Unable to help himself, Jack publicly tackles Daisy about her allegation creating a spectacle in reception.

Julia is shocked when her husband Harry comes back into her life. Julia tries to persuade Harry to finally give her the divorce she has been waiting five years for but he is determined on playing more games and winning back Julia's heart.
