A year in the making, Dying Breed captures a disappearing way of life on three small cattle farms in West Cornwall (UK). Their ageing custodians will almost certainly be their last. On their passing, their land will likely be sold off to bigger landowners, speculators, or perhaps city bankers who fancy a go at hobby farming.
