A group of young friends team up with a Shih tzu dog in order to go after a gang of criminals who have been running a dog trafficking ring. When they discover the villains' hideout, the kids concoct a plan to rescue thirty kidnapped puppies. An exiting animal adventure that's fun for all the family.
