Raglan cousins Piki & Michael are hosting their Instant Restaurant with kai from the realm of Tangaroa and Tane.

It's the dark horses Mark and Andrea's turn to showcase their 3-course menu. Can they live up to their expectations or will the pressure be too much for them.

Tonight, Hamilton sisters Emma and Abbie are hosting the final instant restaurant. Will the pressure of cooking last be their downfall? And tonight, one team will be eliminated.

Tonight is the first of the semi-finals where two teams go head to head cooking Gastro - pub food at Little Creatures. At the end of the night one team will be eliminated.

Tonight, it's the second semi-final, Emma and Abbie are up against Emily and Nathan where they will be cooking a three course lunch for a group of formidable foodies.

Its the penultimate challenge where the remaining three teams battle it out for a place in the MKR Grand Final. The task is to cater a function at the Hyatt Park Hotel.

It's the MKR Grand Final. Emily & Nathan will be cooking against Mark & Andrea. They will both produce a 4- course menu at The Grounds Restaurant for family and special VIP Guest Judges.
