Carter Wong stars as a Kung Fu master who uses the "Death Finger" technique. However, he can also use his finger for good as he uses the technique to reset a little boy's broken arm. He also leads an underground resistance force, which worries his mother. When she is kidnapped by the bad guys, it's up to Wong to rescue her. Carter has to kill three guys to save mom.
