Seven Year Switch

Four brave couples embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience where they'll switch spouses with a complete stranger and live in an experimental marriage for two weeks.

The experimental couples get to know each other while also navigating unexpected attractions and a new living situation. It's only the first night, but for some, boundaries they set with their real spouses are already being tested.

The experimental couples are faced with a challenge to practice giving and receiving that takes some of them out of their comfort zones--and makes others a little too comfortable.

The experimental couples embark on an overnight getaway and are asked to participate in an intimacy exercise that helps many of them open up, but causes tears for others.

Now that the experiment is almost half way through, the experts visit all of the experimental couples in order to check in and deliver some surprising news.

The experiment is coming to a close but before the couples are sent home, they're faced with their biggest challenge yet--meeting their experimental spouses' real spouse. Not everyone is happy by what they learn and some begin to have serious regrets.

The couples are reunited with their real spouses and are adjusting to life back home. Will they fall back into their old routines or will the lessons they learned from Switch Therapy help save their marriages?
