Mark Lutz reopen a cold case from 1976 where 16-year old Pam Maurer was kidnapped, raped and murdered and then her body was dumped in a snow bank. The case remained unsolved until it was reopened in 2019. Can this team of relentless investigators do what other detectives failed to do?
