Deep underground, below Valkyrien Square in Oslo, doomsday prepper Leif has built an elaborate lab where doctor Ravn conducts his research in secret. But when a severely injured robber seeks refuge with Leif, their entire operation could be exposed.

Desperate to make a breakthrough with his research, Ravn takes a risk that leads Vilma’s research colleague Unn to his underground lab. When Teo shows Leif his plans for a shelter, Leif is keen to help, but it will require Ravn and Unn’s cooperation.

The clinic is open. Leif finds patients willing to pay high fees for Ravn and Unn to treat in secret. Vilma’s daughter, Siv, has begun to ask questions about her mother Ravn cannot answer. Leif is met with an unexpected obstacle underground.

Ravn tests a new drug on a patient that could either be a breakthrough or have disastrous consequences. Teo puts himself and the clinic at risk by seeking out his wife. A humiliating conversation with his brother forces Leif to reassess himself.

A patient brings a deadly virus into the clinic and infects both Ravn and Vilma. It’s up to Unn to save them both before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Leif gathers his online comrades and goes off the grid to brace for the pandemic.

Vilma has disappeared. Ravn and Leif must find her before others discover her. Meanwhile, Per has figured out the location of the underground clinic, where he confronts Teo and Leif. But as he tries to arrest Teo, Leif does something drastic.

Vilma is back from the dead, causing a media frenzy and police suspicion. In order to cover up Ravn’s involvement, she’s forced to ask Grethe for help. Without the clinic, a desperate Leif courts the very danger he’s been warning people about.

Oslo is in crisis without power. The hospital is overcrowded and Ravn makes a tough choice about Vilma. Leif is smug that those who didn’t listen to him are now suffering, but he still feels unheard. The only hope Oslo has now is his clinic.
